Located close to Gambir Station. Quiet and spacious room with modern facilities. Big flatscreen tv, nice bathroom. Good breakfast.

Cigarette smell in the room, although a non-smoking room was asked. Room could use some refurbishing (painting, floor, curtains, sheets). Confusing non-English speaking restaurant staff. Overpriced restaurant. Expensive taxi service. Business and conference minded.

I really liked the quiet and comfortable room here. the bed sheets were clean and I enjoyed the nice view. the bathroom was also good. Plus, we were in a nice location not far from the gallery. 🌟

Good general location, but you need to take a taxi to get anywhere.

Although the hotel is extremely clean, everytime I sat in the lobby or the open area above it, I was bitten by mosquitoes and other tiny little flies. 30 bites in all! They need to do something about that.

Location is away , with Jakarta's traffic much valuable time is wasted.

check-in staff took 25 min. for check-in. Room Shopping: it give feelings that all guests are thieves/dishonest and take things from room to their home. hotel can inform in other manner also.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful. the room was spacious and quiet, with modern amenities like climate control and a private safe. the view of the skyline and Monas was fantastic. the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast food was delicious. the location in the Harmoni area was convenient, close to the business center and Mangga Dua Mall for shopping.

overall - brilliant and great place with polite staff in doorman and housekeeping. amazing swimming pool and great and decent location so close to tourist attractions, central business district and shopping malls, and jakarta, transportation, restaurants e. also, close to a transjakarta bus stop.
